Zayn & Zara was initiated to cater to the niche of bespoke handmade rugs. This challenging sector of work has shaped our ethos and what makes us completely stand out from our competitors, be it within the bespoke rug manufacturers or Bulk Manufacturer. We have over the years imbibed the meticulousness that is integral to custom manufacturing and this even reflects in our Bulk manufacturing processes as well.
Here’s a breakdown of how bespoke manufacturing works.When we speak about bespoke or custom rug, it is a one off, completely unique and one of a kind of piece. This can range anywhere from a design that you created to a piece of art, a random picture, a doodle your kid has done or even a memorable photograph that you want to preserve as a rug! Or, It can simply be an existing design that you want customised to your shape and colour. The possibilities are endless limited, only, to your imagination.
We do chip in when client’s need understanding as to the textures the weaves that will best describe their design and ideas – our immense experience keeps us on solid grounds here and is key in formulating the perfect outcome. This is one of the most satisfying and fun part for us as a team, where our designers, our dyers and weavers all come together in various phases to provide crucial insights. Depending on clients, this can become a very interactive and challenging experience, one all of us at Z&Z thoroughly enjoy and thrive on.
