Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction - A topic rarely covered in this industry but one we have learnt over the years is of vital importance, not just for our clients but for us too. A seamless, efficient and timely communication with out clients’ keeps them updated, in real time to the progress of their rugs, something that helps them plan their next step – be it in terms of installations or client deliveries. This, on the other hand ensures our processes our streamlined, structured and work with clockwork regualarity without slacking or going completely off tangent.

This has been a major gap in the rug manufacturing industry, that we have been tirelessly trying to bridge. It has its own challenges – being a handicraft industry, every twist and turn of the weather effects the outcome, the limited number of quality artisans is another challenge we need to navigate as well as the fact that we strive to maintain a healthy work life balance for our workers – something again that is rarely looked into in this industry. 

Being relative outsiders in this industry has helped shape our vision which goes beyond the local and relies and builds more on inclusivity and balance.
